Senior Block Manager - SW1

Our client, an established and respected managing agent in SW1 London is looking for a Senior Block Manager to join their expanding team. The ideal candidate will have the following features;

-5+ years Block Management experience

-Experience of Dwellant software

-TPI/IRPM level 3 qualification/AssocRICS would also be considered

-The ability to hit the ground running and support junior PM's with their work

-Experience with larger blocks (50 units +)
